Mechanical water filtration down to 1 micron

The FITaqua AC-PP-10-1 cartridge is made of polypropylene nonwoven fabric using meltblown technology. This design enables effective capture of fine mechanical contaminants present in water before it reaches subsequent filtration stages or directly the point of use.

A filtration accuracy of 1 micron means effective retention of insoluble particles that can reduce water quality and accelerate wear of downstream installation components.

What contaminants does the FITaqua AC-PP-10-1 cartridge remove?

The cartridge is designed to remove insoluble mechanical contaminants from water. It effectively retains, among others:

• rust,
• suspended solids,
• sand,
• silt,
• other similar mechanical contaminants up to 1 micron in size.

Thanks to this, it improves the operating conditions of the entire water filtration system and helps protect subsequent cartridges and devices connected to the installation.

Use in many types of filtration systems

AC-PP-10-1 fits most 10-inch standard water filters and has a typical 10 x 2.5 inch size. It is a universal solution for popular housings used in domestic and utility water treatment systems.

The cartridge can be used both:

• in osmotic treatment systems for drinking water.

Operation and cartridge replacement

The cartridge service life is up to 12,000 liters or up to 6 months of operation. The actual period of use depends on the level of water consumption and the degree of contamination. With a higher amount of mechanical sediment, the cartridge may require earlier replacement to maintain proper filtration performance.

Quality and safety of use

The AC-PP-10-1 model has PZH certification. Additionally, the cartridge is marked BPA FREE and PHTHALATE FREE, which confirms the use of materials free from bisphenol A and phthalates. The product is manufactured in Poland and undergoes quality control at every stage of production.
