Immediately after placing your order, you will receive an email confirming your order and a link to click on. Once we receive order approval, we will begin processing it, and you will be kept informed of the progress of our work.
Delivery time = shipping time + delivery time
The shipping time is based on availabilityproducts and the selected payment method, while the delivery time depends on the delivery method you choose.
Product availability
For each product, there is a deadline indicating when the products can be shipped by us - from 24 hours to several, sometimes even a dozen days (in the case of hard-to-find products).We make every effort to ensure that the offer presented on the site corresponds to actual stock levels; however, it may happen that the actual delivery time is extended - we will inform you of this promptly.
If you are ordering a larger number of products, the shipping time for the entire order is adjusted to the product with the longest shipping time. You can fulfill the order in stages - for this purpose, please contact us or include the appropriate note in the comments.orders.
Payment method
Depending on the order value, the chosen delivery method, and your own preferences, you can choose one of the following payment methods:
- Bank transfer - payments should be made to the specified bank account number, which we will provide to you in the email confirming the acceptance of your order. You can make the transferto be made online, at the post office, or at the bank. Once the payment is credited to our account, we will begin processing the order.
- Cash on delivery - you pay in cash upon receipt of the goods (to the courier, postal worker, or at a Polish Post office - depending on the delivery method). This payment method incurs a higher fee for order processing, which does not apply to other payment methods.
- Paymentelectronic - the most convenient and secure way to make a payment via the Internet. In our store, we use the PayU payment system, to which you will be redirected to complete the payment. The entire process is quick and secure – you choose your bank and make the payment.
Delivery method
Depending on the quantity and weight of the products you order, the selected form ofpayment and your own preferences, you can choose one of the delivery methods:
- Fastest and safest:
Courier company - delivery is carried out by a professional courier company InPost or DPD. Choosing a courier means convenience and assurance that your order will arrive on time at a reasonable price. - Cheapest:
InPost parcel lockers arethe cheapest shipping option. Your order is delivered by a courier to one of the parcel lockers. - Easiest:
Personal collection is the easiest way to pick up ordered goods - we invite you to our company headquarters at: Głubczycka 57, , 48-130 Kietrz. You can find the opening hours of the point in the Contact tab. There are no additional costs for personal collection.
Delivery cost
You will know the total delivery cost of your order after adding products to the cart and selecting your preferred delivery method and payment option - in the summary, you will see the exact amount to be paid.
Note: the delivery cost may increase for products with non-standard dimensions and/or greater weight.
