What water parameters are needed for pricing?Most important: hardness (°dH or mg CaCO₃/l), conductivity, pH, and information about iron/manganese. An analysis result is welcome.(PDF/photo).
Do you conduct on-site audits at the client's location?
Yes. For larger installations, we schedule a site visit, check the installation conditions, and confirm the selection of devices before implementation.
How long does delivery and installation take?
Standardsets: delivery 1–2 weeks, assembly and commissioning 1–3 working days (depending on the scope and preparation of the installation).
Do you provide service and consumables?
Yes. Warranty and post-warranty service, periodic inspections, and supplies of cartridges, resins, UV lamps, and RO membranes.
Do the solutions meet sanitary/industry requirements?
We use devices with hygiene certifications; we select configurations according to industry standards (gastronomy, swimming pools, laboratories, HVAC, hotels).
I don't have a complete analysis – will you prepare an offer?
Yes. Basic data and a description will be sufficient to start.symptoms. We will indicate which tests are worth doing and where to perform them.
Do you help with the selection for the existing installation?
We adapt systems to the existing infrastructure (location, connections, automation). When changing the process, we will prepare a modernization scheme.
HowWhat does the warranty look like?
Standard 24 months with the option to extend during periodic inspections. We adjust the conditions to the load and mode of operation.
