Industry description

In offices, water is primarily used in kitchens (coffee, tea, cooking), restrooms, drinking water dispensers, and often in small technical rooms and server rooms.

Its qualityaffects employee comfort, the appearance of fixtures and bathrooms, the lifespan of coffee machines, dishwashers, and the perceived quality of the workplace.

After analyzing the water source, the layout of verticals, and the number of users, we select solutions that can be implemented in the existing building without major renovations.

The most common water problems in offices

  • Milk stains on shower cabins and sinks, difficult to remove
  • Limescale in coffee machines, office dishwashers, and ice makers
  • Uneven taste of water and coffee in different parts of the building

FAQ — frequently asked questions by offices and building managers

Does the installation of the water treatment station require shutting down the entire building?
Usually not. We plan the work in consultation with the administrator – most often during hoursless load or outside office hours. Short interruptions in water supply are communicated in advance to avoid disrupting the operations of tenant companies.

Can the treatment system be applied only to selected floors?
Yes, in many buildings, selected risers or floors can be included in the treatment, e.g., the VIP area, management, or specific tenants. The scope of work is agreed upon withthe manager and we adapt to the existing installation of cold and hot domestic water risers and hot water circulation (if applicable).

What data is needed for the preliminary valuation for the office?
Useful information includes: source of water (water supply / well), number of floors and risers, number of kitchens and restrooms, presence of central coffee machines / dishwashers, estimated numberusers and – if possible – the results of water tests and a few photos of technical rooms or the heating node/water point in the building.

Can solutions be implemented in stages, e.g., starting from the kitchen?
Yes. We often start with the kitchen and coffee zones (coffee machines, dispensers, dishwashers), and only in the next step do we cover the entire risers with sanitary facilities. Thanks toit is easier to spread the investment over time and quickly show the first effects in the daily use of the office by employees and business guests.

Will operating the system require a lot of time from the administrator?
On a daily basis, operation comes down to periodic salt replenishment and simple checks. Service, inspections, and more advanced technical taskswe perform it according to the agreed schedule. This way, the administrator does not need to be a "water treatment specialist," and the system remains under service care.

Will employees and tenants notice a difference?
Usually yes – the water has less "scale," coffee tastes more consistent, and bathrooms and kitchens look cleaner. Cleaning companies report a lower amount ofthe stone and the shorter time needed to bring the fixtures to order, which indirectly improves the overall perception of the office as a place for work and meetings with clients.
