The three-piece Aquafilter inline housing has been designed for quick installation, high leak tightness, and convenient operation during use. The transparent sump allows ongoing monitoring of cartridge contamination, making it easier to plan replacement without guessing its wear level.

The housing with a head equipped with a brass thread facilitates proper installation and supports connection durability. The air release valve used allows the air accumulated in the filter to be released after cartridge replacement, which translates into more convenient startup of the set after servicing.

What is this inline housing suitable for?

The inline housing is one of the basic components needed to independently create a functional filtration system. It is suitable for use with both municipal water and water from a private intake. Made of high-quality plastic, it ensures durability and resistance to the harmful effects of liquids.

The set can be used on the cold water supply pipe leading to an apartment, especially where water demand is moderate. The housing can also be installed before household appliances such as a washing machine and dishwasher, helping protect them against the buildup of various contaminants.

This solution is compatible with a wide range of 10" cartridges available on the market. In addition to carbon cartridges, it can also work with mechanical and specialist cartridges, including softening, iron-removal, and antibacterial ones. Thanks to this, the housing fits well into various water treatment scenarios and can be part of a larger system, also where reverse osmosis or an osmotic filter is used.

Three-piece housing design

The three-piece design has been developed to ensure maximum housing leak tightness and easy replacement of filter cartridges. The housing consists of:

• a head with brass thread,
• a ring,
• a transparent sump.

This solution simplifies access to the inside of the housing and streamlines regular maintenance. The transparent sump additionally increases control over the set’s operation, as it allows visual assessment of the contamination level of the filter cartridge placed inside.

wodaRO FCBL10 carbon cartridges – 5 pieces included

The set includes 5 wodaRO FCBL10 carbon block cartridges in the 10" standard. These cartridges are designed to improve the taste and odor of water and reduce a range of undesirable contaminants. They filter mechanical impurities larger than 10 microns, remove chlorine and its toxic derivatives, eliminate lead and toxic heavy metals, and remove organic compounds, including bacteria.

The cartridges are made of sintered activated carbon. This construction allows removal from water of 98% to 99% of free chlorine, chlorinated solvents, and aromatic hydrocarbons, as well as up to 85% of chlorinated pesticides, polyaromatic compounds, phenol, benzene, and organic substances.

FCBL10 cartridge properties

Installation and operation

The housing should be suspended on a mounting plate, which helps ensure proper installation and stable use. It can operate as a single filtration point or be connected in series with other housings to create a more extensive water filtration system.

Thanks to the use of an air vent, handling after cartridge replacement is simpler, because air accumulated inside the housing can be easily removed. This is a practical solution during routine servicing and when starting the filter after closing the housing again.
