5 stages of filtration in the RO5 Aqua Vita system

Water in this system flows through 5 high-quality filters. Each stage is responsible for a different range of purification, so the entire reverse osmosis system works effectively and comprehensively.

1. FCPS20 – mechanical foam cartridge made of polypropylene nonwoven fabric. Removes larger, undissolved mechanical contaminants from water, such as rust, suspended solids, sand, silt, and similar deposits up to 20 microns in size. Service life: up to 6 months.
2. FCBL10 – carbon block cartridge. Improves the taste and odor of water, removes mechanical impurities larger than 10 microns, reduces chlorine and its toxic derivatives, eliminates lead and toxic heavy metals, and removes organic compounds, including bacteria. Service life: up to 6 months.
3. FCPS5 – mechanical foam cartridge removing contaminants up to 5 microns in size. Service life: up to 6 months.
4. PENTAIR 100 – RO membrane from an American company meeting the highest NSF standards. This is the most precise method of water purification in the system, retaining up to 99.99% of all dissolved organic and inorganic contaminants in water, bacteria, viruses, chemical compounds, and heavy metals with an accuracy of up to 0.001 µm. Service life: the source specification states up to 6 months and up to 5 years.
5. AV-GAC-L – inline carbon cartridge filled with activated carbon media. Improves the taste and odor qualities of water by reducing chlorine and other organic compounds. Service life: up to 12 months.

Dimensions and installation

The RO5 Aqua Vita system has been adapted for kitchen installation, most often under the sink. The design includes a practical layout of components and the possibility of height adjustment by rotating the inline cartridges.

• System dimensions: 43.5 cm, 39.5 cm depth, 15.5 cm.
• Height adjustment: the height can be adjusted by rotating the inline cartridges; the minimum height is 42 cm.
• Tank dimensions: diameter 23.5 cm, height 36 cm.
