How does this osmosis filter work?

The system is intended to improve water quality using reverse osmosis, one of the most advanced water purification methods. It removes 90-99.99% of all water contaminants: mechanical impurities, dissolved compounds, and microorganisms. The system uses a high-quality 100 GPD membrane from FILMTEC USA.

As a result, this water filter works well both where taste and odor matter and where the user expects effective reduction of scale, chlorine, heavy metals, and other unwanted substances.

Double water ionization system

Water from the RO10 system gains the properties of a strong and natural antioxidant and helps counteract the body's aging processes. Double ionization is a solution that makes it possible to achieve more stable water parameters than in systems equipped with only one ionizing cartridge.

Modern black spout

A modern-style tap with two faucets. It is made of high-quality materials, which translates into user comfort and reliability. Thanks to the two faucets, it is possible to dispense osmosis water or mineralized water. It is easy to install and looks elegant next to standard spouts. The dual spout allows separate dispensing of pure water after osmosis and pure mineralized, additionally ionized water.

Water tank

The treated water is stored in a new-type 12-liter pressure tank, from which it is dispensed on demand. The working capacity of the tank is approximately 8 liters.

10 stages of water filtration

As the water flows through this system, it undergoes a complete 10-stage filtration and treatment process:

1. FCPS5-AB – a specialized Aquafilter polypropylene cartridge made in BACinix antibacterial technology. The cartridge can be used instead of the standard FCPS5 cartridge while fully retaining its functionality. BACinix technology brings water filtration to a new level. In addition to classic mechanical filtration, the cartridge acts antibacterially and bacteriostatically on microorganisms present in the water. BACinix technology uses silver nanoparticles, a natural bactericidal element.

2. FCBL10 – a block carbon cartridge that improves the taste and smell of water, removing mechanical impurities larger than 10 microns, chlorine and its toxic derivatives, lead, toxic heavy metals, and organic compounds, including bacteria.

3. FCPS1 – a mechanical foam cartridge made of polypropylene nonwoven fabric that removes larger water-insoluble mechanical impurities such as rust, sediment, sand, silt, and others, down to 1 micron.

4. FILMTEC 100 – an osmosis membrane from an American company meeting high NSF standards. It is a set of semipermeable thin-film membranes. Combined with polypropylene nonwoven filters and activated carbon, it allows you to obtain truly clean and healthy water. The osmosis membrane removes up to 99% of all compounds dissolved in water, as well as bacteria and viruses.

5. AICRO-AB – a linear cartridge filled with activated carbon from coconut shells, NSF-certified, and polypropylene nonwoven fabric containing nanosilver, which protects the cartridge against the growth of harmful bacterial flora. The cartridge is designed to remove chlorine, volatile organic compounds VOC’s, and to improve taste and smell.

6. AV-GAC-L – a linear carbon cartridge filled with activated carbon media. The media significantly improves the taste and smell of water, reducing chlorine and other organic compounds.

7. AV-MIN-L – a linear mineralizer. Osmotic filtration removes 96 to 99% of all contaminants and minerals from the water. The AV-MIN-L dolomite mineralizer enriches the water with minerals lost during the osmosis process. The water flowing through the mineralizer is enriched with calcium, magnesium, potassium, and sodium.

8. GOLD REDOX – 2.5-inch ionizing cartridge. The cartridge saturates the water with hydrogen, thereby reducing its REDOX potential and increasing the water pH. In practice, this means that the water becomes an effective antioxidant. As an antioxidant, hydrogen binds free radicals harmful to the body. Ionized water has a beneficial effect on digestive processes, supports kidney function, regulates acid-base balance, removes toxins, and deacidifies the body.

9. BIOCERA – ionizing cartridge. The cartridge saturates the water with hydrogen, thereby reducing its REDOX potential and increasing the water pH. In practice, this means that the water becomes an effective antioxidant. As an antioxidant, hydrogen binds free radicals harmful to the body. Ionized water has a beneficial effect on digestive processes, supports kidney function, regulates acid-base balance, removes toxins, and deacidifies the body.

10. AC-IL-GRD – a structuring cartridge for water revitalization. It ensures a stable internal structure of the water and positively changes its microbiological and physical properties. When water passes through the cartridge, all negative information is removed and replaced with positive ones. In this way, without physical contact or chemical modification, water with a hexagonal structure, similar to structural water, is obtained.

Operation and service

The maintenance costs of the RO10 WodaRO GRAPHITE filter include periodic cartridge replacement according to the service schedule:
