How does the carbon filter in the DAFI SOLID bottle work?

The bottle is equipped with a replaceable carbon filter that should be replaced every month. The cartridge uses a natural filtering medium made from coconut shell.

Such a filter cartridge improves everyday use of tap water because it removes the unpleasant taste and smell of chlorine. At the same time, it leaves unchanged the amount of minerals naturally occurring in water, primarily calcium and magnesium, so the water retains valuable elements.

An additional advantage is a slight increase in water pH. In practice, this means a convenient, personal water filtration system for everyday drinking. It is a mobile and easy-to-use solution, although it works differently than an advanced reverse osmosis system, osmosis filter, or reverse osmosis filter installed under the sink.
