Original Aqua Vita aquarium filter with osmosis membrane, Aquafilter cartridges, dismantlable MB400 resin cartridge, and a complete set of connections, dedicated to producing completely demineralized water.

High-quality set with increased efficiency, mainly used in aquaristics to obtain pure water in marine and freshwater aquaristics to achieve soft water, with low pH and almost zero nitrogen compound content.

Water produced from this filter can also be used for cosmetic and laboratory purposes, and can be used in steam irons.

The offered RO4 osmosis set, thanks to the use of 10-inch osmosis housings and Aquafilter cartridges, allows for significantly increased flows compared to linear filters. An additional advantage of the Aqua Vita set is the routing of all connections to the front panel.

FILTERING STAGES

1. Sediment filter (FCPS5) with a filtration accuracy of 5 microns. At this stage, impurities such as sand, silt, and rust present in tap water with grain sizes up to 5 µm will be removed. The polypropylene fiber cartridges have excellent dirt absorption. Their structure resembles the consistency of foam, on the surface of which there is a very large number of open-cell micro-bubbles.

2. Activated carbon block filter (FCCBL). Essential for protecting the osmosis membrane. Removes from water 98% to 99% of free chlorine, chlorinated solvents, aromatic hydrocarbons (improves the taste and smell of water), as well as up to 85% of chlorinated pesticides, polycyclic aromatic compounds, phenol, benzene, and organic substances. The carbon block has less dusting than carbon granules.

3. MB400 Purolite resin Ready-to-use, homogeneous mixture of anion and cation resin from Purolite designed for demineralizing water, removing residual impurities. MB 400 is used in domestic and industrial devices for polishing osmosis water. The resin canister can be opened, allowing for refilling. Resin for refilling can be purchased in our other promotions. The cartridge fits 10-inch housings.

4. Supreme 100 GPD osmosis membrane The semi-permeable osmosis membrane consists of many layers wound around a perforated core placed inside the membrane. Contaminated water is pressurized onto the membrane surface, where water particles pass through the microscopic pores of the membrane. Impurities are separated and rejected to the drain. Perfectly purified water passes through the holes to the central core and, under pressure, flows out of the membrane. The membrane retains 96-99% of dissolved organic and inorganic impurities, heavy metals, and radioactive elements of size 0.01 microns.

Dual in-line TDS

Device designed to measure the total amount of all substances dissolved in water. Readings range from 0-9999, for results greater than 999 ppm, the symbol [x10] appears on the display.

The measuring device installed on RO filters allows for constant monitoring of water contamination values ranging from 0-9990 ppm.

FEATURES:

• The meter is equipped with a switch for reading the current TDS value (in/out).

• The set includes cables, probes, and tees allowing connection to standard 1/4 inch pipes (typical for home water filters)

• To save battery, the device automatically turns off after 10 minutes of inactivity.

• Sensors are placed in tees with John Guest quick connectors to which water hoses can be quickly connected without the need for any additional sealing.

• The Dual TDS Meter is mounted using two self-adhesive Velcro strips, making both installation and removal very quick and hassle-free.

• After disconnecting the tees, the TDS can be used as a regular portable meter, i.e., single TDS-Meter.
