The TDS3 model offers a clear LCD display, HOLD reading memory with an audible signal, factory calibration, automatic shut-off, and a practical case with a clip.

What is the TDS3 meter used for?

The device is used to measure the total amount of all substances dissolved in water as well as temperature. This allows you to quickly assess the parameters of the tested sample and conveniently compare results at different water usage points.

It is a practical solution for people who want to continuously monitor utility water and observe the effects of water treatment devices such as a reverse osmosis system, osmotic filter, or other water filtration system.

Convenient reading and practical functions

The TDS3 meter stores the measurement for later reading thanks to its memory function. The reading is held with an audible save signal, which makes the device easier to use during everyday measurements.

If the properties of the tested water do not change for 3 minutes, the device stops operating. Additionally, to save battery power, the meter switches off automatically after 10 minutes of inactivity.

The reading range is 0-9999. For results greater than 999 ppm, the symbol [x10] appears on the display, making higher values easier to interpret.

The device is factory calibrated with a 342 ppm NaCl solution. In everyday use, it is worth remembering to put the sensor cap back on after use and store the meter in its case, which helps protect the sensor and housing.

Temperature measurement and compensation

In addition to TDS measurement, the device has a built-in electronic thermometer. This makes it possible to check water temperature at the same time, increasing convenience during routine tests.
