How the cartridges in the set work

WPL2 sediment cartridges

Sediment cartridges are responsible for mechanically retaining solid contaminants present in the water. The polypropylene foam captures, among other things, sand, silt, rust particles and other deposits that could deteriorate water quality and burden subsequent elements of the filtration system.

This is an important preliminary stage because it limits the flow of larger contaminants to the further cartridges and helps maintain efficient operation of the entire water filtration system.

WWL2 carbon cartridges
