The filter is mainly intended for all types of aquariums.

Removes up to 98% of all water contaminants: mechanical, dissolved compounds, and microorganisms.

We include a mounting instruction with each device.

The system is designed to improve water quality using reverse osmosis, one of the most advanced water purification methods.

Basic applications of the RO filter for aquarium purposes:

• Reduction of water conductivity – an important parameter for aquarists, this set is intended for freshwater aquaristics; for marine aquaristics, we recommend expanding the system with the DEMI module (available in our other auctions)

• Reduction of pH – average reduction is by 1-2 points*.

• Water softening – the osmotic membrane effectively removes calcium and magnesium compounds from the water, thereby reducing the overall hardness of the water to zero or near zero Dh*

*depending on the parameters of the filtered water

Filtration stages:

1. WPL2 - Linear cartridge made of polypropylene foam. They are used to filter sand, silt, rust particles, and other solid contaminants from drinking water, effectively protecting household appliances. (to be replaced at most every 6 months)

2. WWL2 - Carbon linear cartridges remove solid contaminants from water such as: chlorine, chlorine compounds, organic pollutants. (to be replaced at most every 6 months)

3. 75 GPD Membrane – osmotic membrane. This is a set of semi-permeable thin-film membranes. Combined with polypropylene fiber and activated carbon filters, it allows for truly clean and healthy water. The osmotic membrane removes up to 99% of all dissolved compounds in water, as well as bacteria and viruses. (the lifespan of the membrane is estimated at about 3 - 5 years)

• Water connection TO CHOOSE! 3/8” or 1/2” or 3/4” or shower connection* (please provide information after purchase). If no connection is chosen, the standard 1/2" will be added

*if the shower connection is chosen, the set will not include a brass valve as the shower faucet serves as the valve and is unnecessary

Connections to choose from:

1. Connection 3/8” (approximately 15 mm)

2. Connection 1/2" (approximately 20 mm)

3. Connection 3/4" (washing machine/dishwasher), (approximately 25 mm)

4. Connection 1/2" (for shower), (approximately 20 mm)

If no connection is chosen, we will add the standard 1/2"
