It is a complete osmotic device that allows you to obtain water free from contaminants such as: toxic and carcinogenic chemical compounds, heavy metals, bacteria, and viruses. The system is designed to improve water quality by reverse osmosis, one of the most advanced water purification methods. It removes 90-98% of all water contaminants: mechanical, dissolved compounds, and microorganisms.

By using the reverse osmosis system:

Water flowing through this system undergoes 7 stages of filtration:

1. FCPS20 – Foam mechanical cartridge made of polypropylene nonwoven fabric removes larger undissolved mechanical impurities such as rust, suspensions, sand, silt, etc. up to 20 microns. (Lifespan - 6 months)

2. FCBL10 – Block carbon cartridges improve the taste and smell of water, remove mechanical impurities larger than 10 microns, remove chlorine and its toxic derivatives, eliminate lead and toxic heavy metals, remove organic compounds (including bacteria). (Lifespan - 6 months)

3. FCPS5- Foam mechanical cartridge made of polypropylene nonwoven fabric removes larger undissolved mechanical impurities such as rust, suspensions, sand, silt, etc. up to 5 microns. (Lifespan - 6 months)

4. 100GPD osmotic membrane. This is a set of semi-permeable thin-layer membranes. Combined with polypropylene nonwoven filters and activated carbon, it allows you to obtain truly clean and healthy water. The osmotic membrane removes up to 99% of all dissolved compounds in water, as well as bacteria and viruses. (Lifespan - 5-6 years)

5. AV-GAC-L– linear carbon cartridge filled with activated carbon. The activated carbon contained in the cartridge significantly improves the taste and smell of water, reducing chlorine and other organic compounds. (Lifespan - 12 months)

6. AV-MIN-L- linear mineralizing cartridge. Osmotic filtration removes from water 96 – 99% of all impurities and minerals. The dolomite mineralizer AV-MIN-L enriches the water with minerals lost during the osmotic filtration process. Water flowing through the mineralizer is enriched with elements essential for the human body, such as: calcium, magnesium, potassium, sodium. (Lifespan - 12 months)

7. AV-REDOX-L – ionizing cartridge (alkalizer). The cartridge saturates the water with hydrogen, thereby reducing its REDOX potential. It raises the water's pH. In practice, this means that the water then becomes an effective antioxidant. As an antioxidant, hydrogen binds harmful free radicals that, if left unpaired, degenerate our body. Ionized water has many applications, including positively affecting digestive processes, supporting kidney function, regulating acid-base balance, removing toxins, and alkalizing the body. ELECTRIC PUMP WITH HIGH AND LOW PRESSURE SENSORS

The system is equipped with a electric pump with high and low pressure sensors, which automatically turns off after filling the tank and protects against turning on the pump in case of water shortage.

The pump in osmotic sets is recommended at a pressure lower than 2.8 bar, and is necessary at a pressure of 2.3 bar.
