Original Aquafilter set for semi-annual service
The set has been prepared with basic, so-called semi-annual water filtration service in mind. It is a set of original Aquafilter cartridges, covering the three most important pre-filtration elements: 5-micron mechanical filtration, carbon filtration, and final 1-micron mechanical filtration.
The cartridges have PZH certification and are designed for standard 10" housings, making the set a good fit for users of popular home water treatment systems.

How does this cartridge set work?
The set combines two stages of mechanical filtration with filtration on a carbon block. This arrangement first traps larger solid contaminants, then improves the organoleptic quality of the water and reduces selected chemical contaminants, and finally captures finer sediments.

1. FCPS5 polypropylene filter
A sediment, or mechanical, cartridge made of polypropylene foam. Its task is to retain all types of mechanical contaminants down to 5 microns, such as sand, rust, and other sediments.
The cartridge operates in a way that does not cause a significant drop in water pressure. Thanks to this, it can effectively protect home heating systems and household appliances from the negative impact of solid particles present in the water.
2. FCCBL carbon block
The carbon block cartridge improves the taste and smell of water while also removing mechanical contaminants. It is also responsible for reducing chlorine and its toxic derivatives, eliminating lead and toxic heavy metals, as well as removing organic compounds, including bacteria.
The cartridge is made of sintered activated carbon. This design allows it to remove 98% to 99% of free chlorine, chlorinated solvents, and aromatic hydrocarbons from the water. In addition, it reduces chlorinated pesticides, polyaromatic compounds, phenol, benzene, and organic substances by up to 85%.
3. FCPS1 polypropylene filter
This is a sediment, or mechanical, cartridge made of polypropylene foam. It retains all types of mechanical contaminants down to 1 micron, including sand, rust, and other sediments.
Like the first mechanical filtration stage, it works without a significant reduction in water pressure. Thanks to finer filtration, it helps protect home heating systems and household appliances even more effectively.
