Aquafilter FCCBL20BB-S was designed to operate in 20" Big Blue type housings. It is a carbon block cartridge for pre-filtration that combines the typical advantages of activated carbon with additional features characteristic of the Silver series.

This model is intended for the treatment of cold drinking water and general utility water. It can be part of a residential or commercial water filtration system wherever improving water quality before further use is important, including as a stage preceding more advanced solutions such as a reverse osmosis filter, RO filter, or reverse osmosis system.

Silver series – more than a standard carbon cartridge

The Silver series uses coconut shell carbon that meets the rigorous standards of the American NSF hygiene foundation. Thanks to this, the cartridge not only reduces undesirable compounds affecting water taste, odor, and quality, but also offers additional operational benefits.

In addition to the typical properties characteristic of this type of product, Silver carbon blocks help “soften” water by reducing the rate of limescale formation and also support the reduction of existing deposits.
