10-inch demineralizing cartridge for precise final water polishing

The AV20 Aqua Vita model was designed as a 10-inch standard cartridge with water-demineralizing resin. Its purpose is to remove ions from water, making it possible to obtain water with zero or near-zero conductivity in applications where extremely high final purity matters.

This solution works particularly well where the primary water filtration system is already equipped with an osmotic membrane and an additional final polishing stage is still needed. In practice, the cartridge serves as an effective complement to a reverse osmosis installation.

Disassemblable reusable housing

A major advantage of this model is its disassemblable design. After removing the cartridge from the filter housing, the spent resin can be removed and replaced with new resin without the need to replace the entire cartridge body.

The housing is openable and intended for repeated use, which increases convenience during operation and helps better control usage costs. The standard 10" x 2 1/2" format makes it easy to fit the cartridge into compatible filter housings.

DEMI MB20 resin and effective ion removal

Inside the cartridge, DEMI MB20 resin is used, designed to remove all ions from water. It is this resin that is responsible for the demineralization effect and for reducing conductivity to a very low level.

The cartridge housing allows any filter media to be placed inside, while in this configuration DEMI MB20 resin is used for applications requiring high-quality water after final treatment.
