1. How does ELIXIR differ from a traditional RO set?

ELIXIR has an integrated 1.5G tank and an integrated housing with fewer fittings. Fast-Change filters can be replaced in seconds. Traditional sets often require an external tank and have more hoses.

2. Is drinking RO water healthy?

Yes — RO significantly reduces TDS, heavy metals, chlorine, organics, colloids, and improves taste. It is a convenient and better alternative to bottled water.

3. Does it remove E. coli bacteria?

The RO membrane (0.0001 µm class) is an effective barrier against bacteria and viruses. For well water, an additional UV lamp is recommended.

4. Why does part of the water go to the drain?

The drain stream flushes away rejected contaminants and protects the membrane — this is why the system maintains performance for a long time.

5. Does RO water contain minerals?

It is water with very low mineral content. If you want, we can add an external mineralizer free of charge :) Simply enter "MINERALIZER" in the seller notes.

6. Will it fit in my cabinet?

Yes — 486×177×447 mm. The integrated design helps save space.

7. Is the unit noisy and what is its power supply?

It operates quietly and only during water dispensing. Power supply: 100–240 V → 24 V.

8. City water or well water?

For municipal water — ideal. For well water: with high turbidity/iron, pre-filtration is recommended, and in case of microbiological risk — UV.
