1. What is the difference between ELIXIR and a traditional RO set?

ELIXIR has an integrated 1.5G tank and integrated housing with fewer fittings). Fast-Change filters can be replaced in seconds. Traditional sets often require an external tank and have more hoses.

2. Is drinking RO water healthy?

Yes — RO significantly reduces TDS, heavy metals, chlorine, organics, colloids, and improves taste. It is a convenient and better alternative to bottled water.

3. Does it remove E. coli bacteria?

The RO membrane (class 0.0001 µm) provides an effective barrier against bacteria and viruses. For well water, we recommend an additional UV lamp.

4. Why does some water go to waste?

The waste stream flushes out rejected contaminants and protects the membrane — that’s why the system maintains performance for a long time.

5. Are there minerals in RO water?

This is very low mineralized water. If you want, we can add an external mineralizer for free :) Just write in the seller's notes "MINERALIZER"

6. Will it fit in my cabinet?

7. Is the device noisy and what is its power supply?
