Replaceable filter cartridges and how they work
2 x RO-150S
RO-150S osmosis membranes purify water from most contaminants found in tap water. They also remove bacteria, viruses and cysts. At the same time, they reduce excessive water hardness from any initial level. Recommended replacement: every two years.
K2
The K2 cartridge is made using carbon block technology with Aqualen fiber and activated coconut carbon. It effectively removes organic compounds and active chlorine. It traps contaminants down to 3 microns. The ion-exchange Aqualen fiber, together with modified selective chelating compounds, deeply and effectively removes heavy metals from the water. The cartridge contains safe silver in active ionic form. Recommended replacement: every six months.
K5
The K5 cartridge is made of 100% polypropylene. It acts as a pre-filter to retain mechanical impurities such as sand and rust. It protects the subsequent filtration stages and removes contaminants down to 5 microns. Recommended replacement: every six months.
