What does blending mean in practice?
In RO and softening, blending means the dosed admixture of raw or otherwise treated water into the main product stream.
When does it matter?
Increases mineralization or hardness, but at the same time restores some of all impurities present in the mixed water.
Which solutions are related to it?
The proportion is determined by analyzing both streams, not just TDS, and is protected against accidental change.
