The device uses three complementary media, so it operates more broadly than a standard water softener.

Water softening

Water softening consists of removing the components that cause hardness from water. This process is based on replacing calcium and magnesium ions, which are responsible for hardness, with sodium ions as the water flows through the ion-exchange resin. When the ion-exchange capacity of the media is exhausted, the media is regenerated using a brine solution.

Activated carbon

The use of activated carbon extends the service life of the ion-exchange media while also improving water quality in terms of organoleptic properties. Activated carbon helps remove the unpleasant taste and smell of chlorine and eliminates organic contaminants down to trace amounts.

KDF media

KDF media reduces the concentration of iron and heavy metals such as lead, mercury, and arsenic. In addition, it has bacteriostatic properties, which protects the media against the development of bacterial flora and supports stable filtration efficiency.

EXCLUSIVE CARBON 30 is controlled by a microcomputer that allows the operating parameters of the water treatment system to be set according to installation conditions and user demand. Thanks to this, the device can operate economically, and the regeneration process takes place automatically, saving time and reducing operating costs.

The head uses simple software displayed on the LCD screen. The main screen shows the current time and additionally displays information about the regeneration mode, remaining volume, or the number of days remaining until regeneration.
