The softener eliminates water hardness, i.e., calcium and magnesium salts, which, when deposited (especially under the influence of temperature) in household appliances and water installations, increase their failure rate and energy consumption.

How the device works:

• Water softening involves removing hardness-causing components from the water. This process involves replacing calcium and magnesium ions (responsible for water hardness) with sodium ions and occurs during the flow of water through the ion exchange resin.

• When the ion exchange capacity of the resin is exhausted, it undergoes a regeneration process using a brine solution.

CONTROLLER WITH FLOW MEASUREMENT

The operation of the Rx head is based on modern technology of rotating ceramic discs. Two ceramic discs are made of high-quality ceramics, resistant to abrasion and corrosion. This groundbreaking technology ensures excellent sealing inside the controller, thus providing long-lasting and trouble-free operation.

Ceramic components are resistant to the deposition of impurities (e.g. iron), preventing them from accumulating in the controller.

INSTALLATION

The softener is installed near the water meter with the possibility of connecting to the sewage system or drain grate. After connecting the hydraulic power supply, it only requires setting the parameters according to the provided instructions or with our telephone assistance; then, salt should be added to the tank. From this moment, the device automatically controls the amount of flowing water and selects the regeneration day.

PRE-FILTRATION

HEAD PROTECTION

To protect the head from mechanical impurities flowing in the water, it is recommended to install a 10” inline pre-filter with a polypropylene cartridge. The set includes a housing with a spare 5 string cartridges FOR FREE.

THE HOUSING HAS A 3-PART CONSTRUCTION.

The innovative 3-part housing solution facilitates cartridge replacement because to unscrew the housing, you only need to unscrew the ring. There is no need to turn the entire cover, as in the case of the 2-part version.

The transparent 10" housing allows for optical assessment of the degree of contamination of the cartridge placed inside the cover. The 3-part housing ensures maximum tightness of the housing and guarantees ease of cartridge replacement. The head has a brass thread.

5 x PP20 AQUAVITA STRING CARTRIDGE

Universal sedimentation cartridge made of polypropylene string from the brand AquaVita. It captures all kinds of mechanical impurities: sand, silt, rust, etc.

String polypropylene PP20 cartridges are made of pure polypropylene fiber, wound around a filter core. This construction ensures an increase in filter density towards its core. These cartridges are designed for pre-filtration of suspensions and mechanical sediments that can cause damage to heating devices and household appliances.

5 x CARBON BLOCK FCBL10 AQUAVITA

Carbon block cartridges improve the taste and smell of water, remove mechanical impurities larger than 10 microns, remove chlorine and its toxic derivatives, eliminate lead and toxic heavy metals, remove organic compounds (including bacteria).

The cartridges are made of sintered activated carbon, which removes from water 98% to 99% of free chlorine, chlorinated solvents, aromatic hydrocarbons, as well as up to 85% of chlorinated pesticides, polycyclic aromatic compounds, phenol, benzene, and organic substances.
