1️⃣. Foam cartridge FCPS5 (sedimentary)

• Function: Deep filtration of mechanical impurities – traps sand, silt, rust depositsand larger solid particles.
• Where: Usually installed as the first stage, before the carbon cartridges, to protect the subsequent stages of filtration.
• Replacement: every 3–6 months*

2️⃣. Activated carbon cartridge (granulate) GAC10 WaterRO

• Action: Water clarification – reductionchlorine, aromas and scents, organic sediments.
• Where: The second stage – pre-cleans the water, leaving it clean and neutral in taste.

We recommend every 3–6 months*, depending on water quality, pressure, and temperature. Largerwater pollution or higher temperature accelerates the consumption of cartridges.

2. Does the filter require electrical power?

No – the system operates passively, using the pressure in the water system.

3. Can I install it myself?

Yes – the kit includes all accessories (key, screws, plate, tape), andWe described the assembly step by step in the point above, and we also include a detailed user manual with the set.

4. Does the filter reduce water pressure?

Yes, minimally - the pressure drop (0.1–0.3 bar) still ensures effective filtration without losing user comfort.

5. Are the cartridges suitable for water temperatures up to 45°C?

Yes – all components are designed to operate in the range of 1–45 °C.

6. Can I replace the filter cartridges with others in the future?

Yes, the housings are universal and fit most standard 10" cartridges (the most popular ones).

1️⃣ Preparation Before Assembly

1.1. Check the Contents of the Set

• 3 × filter housing with pre-connected heads (in one frame)
• 1 × plateassembly
• 1 × assembly key
• 6 × O-rings (gaskets) in the heads, pre-installed
• 3 × filter cartridges
• 12 screws for attaching the plate to the heads

1.2. Tools and additional materials (outside the set)

• drill with ø6 drill bitmm
• expansion plugs ø6 mm
• cross screwdriver (PH2)
• technical grease
• water connection fittings 1/2" GZ
• Teflon tape or Teflon thread for securing the threads of the fittings
• optionally an adjustable or flat wrench for metal fittings

1.3.Preparation of inserts

1. Remove each insert from the plastic packaging.
2. Place the inserts in a clean container with water and soak for 30 minutes.
3. After this time, gently remove them and allow excess water to drain.

Note: Soaking prevents air bubbles and improves performance.filtration.

2️⃣. Selection and preparation of the installation site

1. Choose location

   Behind the main water shut-off valve.

   In an area with easy access for servicing and replacing cartridges.

2. Maintain a minimum of 10 cm of free space below and above the filter frame.
3. Close the shut-off valveturn on the water supply and release pressure by opening the nearest tap after the filter.

3️⃣. Installation of the mounting plate and the body frame

1. Place the mounting plate under the frame of the three heads, leveling it.
2. Mark the mounting holes corresponding to the holes in the plate.
3. Drill the holes, insert the expansion plugs
4. Screw the plate to the wall usingpins
5. Hang the body frame on the plate, hooking the top profile of the frame.

4️⃣ Installation of water connections

Note: The body set has internal threads 1/2" G on the inlet and outlet. The customer must select external connectors (GZ)

1. Choose 1/2" GZ connectors compatible with the 1/2" G threads inheads.
2. Wrap the GZ threads with Teflon tape (a dozen turns).
3. Screw the GZ connectors onto the GW threads of the heads:

   The side marked with the IN arrow – water supply from the installation.

   The side marked with OUT – water outlet after filtration.

4. Tighten the connectors with an adjustable wrench until you feel resistance
5. Connect the water installation pipes toinstalled connectors, sealing the connections

5️⃣ Installation of filter cartridges

Reminder: Cartridges should have been soaked for 30 minutes.

1. Unscrew each housing:
2. Check if the O-ring is in place.
3. Apply a layer of petroleum jelly to the O-ring.
4. Insert the cartridges intobody in order:

   Mechanical (foam)

   Insert with granulated activated carbon

   Block with activated carbon

5. Make sure that each insert is seated vertically.
6. Screw the body: by hand or with a wrench until you feel a slight resistancesupport

6️⃣ Start and leak test

1. Slowly open the main water supply valve (1/4 turn).
2. Observe the set for 2–3 minutes:

   If you notice leaks, tighten the appropriate body or connection slightly.

3. After ensuring there are no leaks, open the valve.completely.

7️⃣ Rinse and put into use

1. Open the nearest tap after the filter and flush the cartridges for 5–10 minutes
2. Check the stability of the installation and the seal.
3. Record the installation date on the body label – this will facilitate planning for cartridge replacement.
