How the REDOX system works

The wodaRO REDOX filter provides clean water through a multi-stage purification and conditioning process. The system consists of high-quality pre-filtration and final filtration cartridges. The pre-filters retain mechanical impurities, organic contaminants, and chlorine, while the final cartridges improve the taste and smell of the water and eliminate trace gaseous substances that may pass through the molecular membrane.

The entire set additionally enriches the water with essential minerals and trace elements. The system is also equipped with a four-way shut-off valve that stops the water supply when the pure water tank is full and the faucet is closed at the same time.

Filter cartridges used

AV-PP5-L sediment cartridge

The AV-PP5-L polypropylene sediment cartridge is resistant to chemicals and bacterial growth. It purifies the water from mechanical impurities, removing:

• sand
• river sludge
• silt
• rust
• pollen
• microorganisms
• coal dust
• other sediments

The cartridge has standard dimensions and fits most reverse osmosis filtration systems.

AV-GAC-L activated carbon filter

The AV-GAC-L cartridge is filled with high-quality activated carbon from coconut shells. It is characterized by special absorption properties for volatile organic compounds. As a result, it improves the taste and odor of the water, giving it the characteristic taste of natural spring water.

The cartridge is intended for treating cold drinking water. It is used in the osmosis filtration process, and its standard format makes it suitable for most systems available on the market.

Filmtec 100 GPD osmosis membrane

The Filmtec 100 GPD osmosis membrane is an assembly of semipermeable thin-film membranes. Combined with polypropylene nonwoven and activated carbon filters, it makes it possible to obtain truly clean and healthy water.

The osmosis membrane removes 96-99.99% of all compounds dissolved in water, as well as bacteria and viruses. It is a key element that determines the effectiveness of the process carried out by the reverse osmosis system.

AV-MIN-L dolomite mineralizing filter

Water flowing through the dolomite bed is enriched with elements essential for the human body, such as:

• calcium
• magnesium
• potassium
• sodium

The mineral content of water subjected to remineralization by the mineralizing filter is comparable to the mineral content in mineral waters available in grocery stores.

REDOX alkalizing cartridge

The REDOX cartridge saturates the water with hydrogen, thereby reducing its REDOX potential and raising the pH. In practice, this means that the water becomes an effective antioxidant. As an antioxidant, hydrogen binds harmful free radicals, which, when left unpaired, contribute to the degeneration of the body.

Ionized water has many applications. Among other things, it has a beneficial effect on digestive processes, supports kidney function, regulates the acid-base balance, removes toxins, and helps to deacidify the body.
