The set has been prepared for full annual servicing of the RO7 system equipped with a BIOCERA ionizer. It is a complete package of replaceable cartridges that allows the installation to operate correctly, maintain high filtration quality, and preserve proper water parameters after passing through the reverse osmosis filter.

The set includes high-quality cartridges used in WodaRO GRAPHITE systems. Each element performs a specific function in the water purification and treatment process - from mechanical filtration, through sorption of contaminants on carbon beds, to mineralization and ionization.

How do the individual cartridges work?

FCPS5-AB – antibacterial 5-micron mechanical cartridge

FCPS5-AB is a specialized Aquafilter polypropylene cartridge made in BACinix antibacterial technology. It can be used interchangeably with the standard FCPS5 cartridge while maintaining full mechanical filtration functionality.

BACinix technology raises the filtration standard because, in addition to the classic retention of mechanical contaminants, it also acts antibacterially and bacteriostatically on microorganisms present in water. This solution uses silver nanoparticles, a natural element with bactericidal properties.

FCBL10 – 10-inch carbon block

The FCBL10 carbon block is responsible for improving water taste and odor. The cartridge removes mechanical contaminants larger than 10 microns, reduces chlorine and its toxic derivatives, eliminates lead and toxic heavy metals, and removes organic compounds, including bacteria.

This is an important stage in the operation of the entire water filtration system, because it prepares the water for further purification stages and clearly improves its usable quality.

FCPS1 – 1-micron mechanical cartridge

FCPS1 is a mechanical foam cartridge made of polypropylene nonwoven fabric. Its task is to remove larger, undissolved mechanical impurities from water, such as rust, suspended solids, sand, or silt, down to 1 micron.

This filtration stage supports the protection of the subsequent elements of the reverse osmosis system and helps maintain the stable efficiency of the entire unit.

AV-GAC-L – in-line carbon filter

AV-GAC-L is an in-line carbon cartridge filled with activated carbon media. The filtration medium used inside the cartridge significantly improves the taste and odor of water by reducing chlorine and other organic compounds.

This is a particularly important element for people who expect not only high purity, but also a pleasant taste of water after filtration.

AV-MIN-L – in-line mineralizer

Osmotic filtration removes 96 to 99% of all contaminants and minerals from water. The AV-MIN-L dolomite mineralizer has been designed to enrich the water with components lost during the osmosis process.

Water flowing through the mineralizer is enriched with elements essential for the human body, such as:

• calcium,
• magnesium,
• potassium,
• sodium.

As a result, water mineralization is a natural complement to the operation of the osmotic membrane and improves the daily comfort of using the system.

BIOCERA – ionizing cartridge

BIOCERA is an ionizing cartridge that saturates the water with hydrogen, thereby reducing its REDOX potential and raising the pH. In practice, this means that the water becomes an effective antioxidant.

As an antioxidant, hydrogen binds free radicals that are harmful to the body and, when left unpaired, degenerate the body. Ionized water has many applications and may beneficially affect digestive processes, support kidney function, regulate acid-base balance, help remove toxins, and deacidify the body.
