How mechanical filtration works with the PP20 string cartridge

The string cartridge, also known as a nonwoven cartridge, is one of the most popular solutions used in mechanical water filtration. Its operation is based on retaining contaminants through a dense weave of fibers, so water cleaned of larger solid particles is passed on to the next part of the installation.
