Description
RO Osmotic Membrane – second cartridge for the RO800 SMARTPURE reverse osmosis system
The osmotic membrane removes all impurities dissolved in water, microorganisms, and microscopic mechanical contaminants. The system works by passing water through the membrane, while the remaining water along with contaminants goes to the sewage. This is the most precise method of water purification, retaining from 96% to 99.99% of all organic and inorganic contaminants, bacteria, viruses, chemical compounds, and heavy metals, with an accuracy of up to 0.001 µm.
By removing dissolved salt compounds, the membrane reduces water hardness by over 90%, allowing for perfectly purified drinking water.
