Automatic mechanical pre-filter — no more housings and pre-filters

The built-in stainless steel mesh filter with a filtration precision of approximately 70 µm traps typical mechanical contaminants present in the installation:

2. Mechanically filtered water after the pre-filter, without softening

   A mode useful when you want to remove sand and sediments but keep the natural hardness of the water, for example for irrigation, washing paving stones to protect a pressure washer, or for washing elements that do not require softened water.

3. Raw water, i.e. bypass

   An option useful during servicing, technical work, and specific applications when water is needed without passing through the device.

Water softening and installation descaling — how does it work?

The water softener works on ion-exchange resin. During the treatment process, it removes calcium and magnesium ions responsible for hardness, replacing them with sodium ions.

Tablet salt for resin regeneration

A 25 kg bag lasts about 2–3 months and costs around 60 PLN. That gives about 4 bags per year, i.e. around 240 PLN/year.

Wastewater for brine discharge

Consumption is about 0.27–0.45 m³ per month, i.e. 3.24–5.40 m³ per year. At a water + sewage price of around 12–18 PLN/m³, this gives a cost of about 40–96 PLN/year.

Cartridge replacement

No cost. The device has a reusable automatic pre-filter that does not require cartridge replacement, so the cost of this item is 0 PLN/year.

Installation — checklist before purchase
