The set has been prepared for 10” housings of home filters and RO molecular osmosis filters. It is also compatible with sets from other manufacturers. The inline filters, carbon post-filter, and mineralizer are equipped with a standard 1/4" female thread, which makes them easy to match with popular home installations.

How this filtration set works

The package has been designed to handle the key stages of a domestic reverse osmosis system. The mechanical cartridges capture solid contaminants, the carbon cartridge is responsible for improving organoleptic quality and water contact with the active filter medium, and the inline filters at the final stage improve taste and add selected minerals back to the water.

Stage I – PP1 sediment cartridge

The PP1 cartridge is made using the meltblown spray method from polypropylene fibers. The high density of the structure allows the removal of sediment and contaminants down to 1 micron, making it an important first stage of protection for the entire system.

Stage II – Carbon Block cartridge

The carbon cartridge contains a single block of activated carbon made from compressed coconut shells. This design extends the contact time between the water and the filter medium, supporting high purification efficiency and improved water performance.

The PP5 cartridge is also made using the meltblown method from polypropylene fibers. It is responsible for mechanical filtration of contaminants down to 5 microns and serves as another stage of system protection.

PLAT-ICARB carbon post-filter

The PLAT-ICARB carbon post-filter is an inline final cartridge designed to refine the taste and odor of water after the earlier filtration stages. Thanks to the standard 1/4" female thread, it is easy to integrate into a standard RO installation.

The PLAT-IMIN mineralizer is responsible for the final mineralization of water after filtration. The cartridge contains natural mineralizing dolomite, which enriches the water with selected minerals and improves its taste.
