BNT7650 control valve

The softener is equipped with a BNT7650 series controller with a Polish-language menu, making device configuration and daily operation easier. The programmer has a backlit display, so reading the settings is convenient even in low light conditions.

The control valve features a mixing residual hardness valve, which allows precise setting of the outlet water hardness according to the needs of the installation and users. The set also includes a BY-PASS valve, useful during service and operation.

How does the PUROLITE C100-E media work?

The device uses 30 liters of high-quality PUROLITE C100-E ion exchange resin. This media has a high capacity for removing magnesium and calcium ions, which are the components responsible for water hardness.

During device operation, water comes into contact with the softening media. At this stage, calcium and magnesium ions are exchanged for sodium ions. As a result, soft water enters the installation, making it more friendly to fittings, devices, and everyday use. The hardness ions are then removed to the drain during the device regeneration process.

10" inline pre-filter with accessories

To protect the control valve from mechanical impurities carried in the water, installation of a 10" inline pre-filter with a polypropylene cartridge is recommended. The set includes the housing with a supply of 5 string wound cartridges.

The innovative 3-piece housing design makes cartridge replacement easier, because to unscrew the housing it is enough to unscrew only the ring. There is no need to rotate the entire sump, as in the version consisting of 2 parts. The transparent 10" housing allows visual assessment of the contamination level of the cartridge placed inside the sump.

The 3-piece housing ensures maximum housing tightness and guarantees easy cartridge replacement. The head has a brass thread. The product is made of high-quality materials, and the entire unit was manufactured and assembled in the European Union.

5 x PP20 AquaVita string wound cartridge

The universal sediment cartridge made of polypropylene string by AquaVita captures all kinds of mechanical impurities, such as sand, silt, or rust. PP20 string wound cartridges are made of pure polypropylene fiber wound around a filter core.

This construction provides increasing filter density toward its core. These cartridges are intended for the initial filtration of suspended solids and mechanical sediments that may cause damage to heating devices and household equipment. It is a practical filter cartridge supporting effective water treatment before the softener.

25 kg vacuum tablet salt

Tablet salt is used as a regenerating agent for ion exchange resin in central water softening stations. The 25 kg package contains salt in tablet form, easy to pour into the salt chamber of a central water softener.

This is high-quality salt. Compared with cheap substitutes, it contains an anti-caking agent. The salt can also be used in dishwashers and can successfully serve as a replacement for more expensive salts intended specifically for those appliances.

The amount of soft water that can be drawn between device regenerations depends on the hardness of the raw water. For the individual values, it is as follows:
