BNT7650 controller with Polish menu

The softener is equipped with a BNT7650 series control head. The Polish-language menu makes it easier to configure parameters and handle the device on a daily basis, which is why setting up system operation is intuitive also for household users.

The head has a residual hardness valve, i.e. a mixing valve, which allows precise setting of the final hardness of the outlet water. This is an important function wherever the user wants to match water parameters to their own needs and the nature of the installation.

PUROLITE C100-E ion exchange resin

The device uses 25 liters of high-quality PUROLITE C100-E softening media. This media is characterized by a high capacity for removing magnesium and calcium ions, which are the components responsible for water hardness.

During operation, water enters the softening media, where the ion exchange process takes place. At this stage, calcium and magnesium ions are replaced with sodium ions. As a result, soft water is directed into the installation, and hardness ions are removed to the sewer during the device regeneration process.

10-inch inline pre-filter

To protect the head against mechanical impurities carried in the water, it is recommended to install a 10" inline pre-filter with a polypropylene cartridge. The set includes the housing with a запас of 5 string cartridges.

The innovative 3-piece housing design makes cartridge replacement easier, because to unscrew the housing it is enough to unscrew only the ring. There is no need to rotate the entire bowl, as is the case with 2-piece versions.

The transparent 10" housing allows visual assessment of the degree of contamination of the cartridge placed inside the bowl. The 3-piece housing ensures maximum housing tightness and convenient cartridge replacement. The head has a brass thread. The product is made of high-quality materials, and its production and assembly took place in the European Union.

5 x PP20 AquaVita 20 micron string cartridge

The set includes 5 universal sediment cartridges made of polypropylene string from AquaVita. The cartridges retain mechanical impurities such as sand, silt, rust, and other sediments present in the water.

PP20 string polypropylene cartridges are made of pure polypropylene fiber wound onto a filter core. This construction ensures increasing filter density toward the core. The cartridges are intended for the preliminary filtration of suspensions and mechanical sediments that may cause damage to heating devices and household appliances.

Vacuum tablet salt 25 kg

The included tablet salt is used as a regenerating agent for ion exchange resin in central softening stations. The 25 kg package contains salt in tablet form, which is conveniently poured into the salt chamber in the softener.

This is high-quality salt. Compared with cheap substitutes, it contains an anti-caking agent. The salt can also be used in dishwashers and works well as a substitute for expensive salts intended specifically for these appliances.
