Professional mobile reverse osmosis station for providing drinking water in emergency situations, washing photovoltaic panels, filling heating systems, and for service and municipal applications, wherever high-quality purified water is needed.
WD-PRO-M-500 is a mobile water treatment station based on reverse osmosis technology. Raw water first enters the VIKING pre-filter housing, where it which operates with the B520-PRO-AS cartridge featuring anti-scaling effect. This cartridge captures mechanical impurities and reduces the precipitation of scale, ensuring stable operation of pumps and membranes.
Next, the water is directed to two XLP11-4040 RO membranes, where most dissolved salts, metals, and some organic compounds are removed. The obtained permeate (purified water) goes to the built-in tank with a capacity of 14 liters, from where it can bedownloaded for further use. The system is equipped with an electrical panel with an intelligent controller, a Grundfos pump dosing antiscalant, a GSM/GPRS modem, and a CIP system for periodic membrane flushing.

For an additional fee, we offer the option to equip the WD-PRO-M-500 station with an external suction and pressure pump kit along with a sand filter. This solution is particularly recommended for water intake fromrivers, open reservoirs or wells, where preliminary removal of sand and mechanical contaminants is necessary, as well as ensuring stable pressure supplying the RO station. This way, the mobile water treatment station operates more safely, and the membranes are better protected against damage.
WD-PRO-M-500 uses design solutions applied in professional AQUAPHOR systems.Professional products manufactured in the European Union. Elements in contact with water are made from materials approved for contact with drinking water. It should be noted that depending on the quality of the raw water, the system may require additional pre-treatment, as well as separate disinfection if the water is to be intended for human consumption. Regular replacement of cartridges, membrane checks, and periodic CIP cycles help maintain high water quality and reliable operation of the device forcan.
