Description
MEMBRANE FLUSHING SET REVERSE OSMOSIS RO COMPLETE
➡️ Advantages of the FR-FLUSH set:
✅ Allows quick flushing of the RO membrane under high pressure
✅ Easy installation to the existing flow restrictor (BY-PASS)
✅ Prevents the accumulation of contaminants, extending the membrane's lifespan by several years
✅ Includes securing clips for a reliable connection
➡️ Set composition:
- FR-FLUSH with BY-PASS valve
- Securing clips for quick connectors
➡️ Usage instructions:
- Open the BY-PASS valve 1–2 times a month during the operation of the RO system to allow water to flow freely to the sewage.
- After about 2 minutes, close the valve – this action flushes deposits from the membrane.
➡️ Installation instructions:
- Transfer the existing restrictor (flow limiter) to the red hose of the FR-FLUSH set.
- If necessary, trim the hose so that the restrictor fits securely.
- In normal operating mode, the ball valve with the blue handle should be closed.
⚙️ Technical data:
- Quick connector size: 2 × ¼″ type JG
- Compatibility: all RO membranes up to 150 GPD
- Operating temperature: 2–42 °C
❗️ The set does not include a flow limiter; you need to install your existing one or purchase a new one.
