Description
FCCBKDF (Aquafilter) - carbon cartridge filled with activated carbon from coconut shell and KDF media. Activated carbon from coconut shell removes chlorine, chlorinated solvents, and aromatic hydrocarbons from water (improving the taste and smell of water), polycyclic aromatic compounds, phenol, benzene, as well as organic substances.
KDF media prevents the growth of bacterial flora on the filtration media, reduces the concentration of heavy metals present in water (arsenic, cadmium, lead, mercury) and iron, removes hydrogen sulfide and pesticides.
The cartridge is intended for treating cold drinking water or general use water. It should not be used for microbiologically contaminated water or water of unknown origin.
