Aquafilter FCCBHD20BB is a carbon cartridge for Big Blue 20" housings for treating cold drinking water and general use. It contains high-quality carbon made from coconut shell, which reduces free chlorine (up to 99%) and selected organic contaminants, improving taste and odor. The final filter limits the release of media particles outside.
Description
The cartridge contains high-quality carbon from coconut shell, designed for treating cold drinking water or general use. It is equipped with a final filter that prevents the release of media particles outside the cartridge.
The cartridge should not be used for microbiologically contaminated water or water of unknown origin.
The cartridge is intended for 20" Big Blue type housings.
To extend the lifespan of the cartridge, a housing with a mechanical filter from the FCPS or FCPP series should be installed before the housing with the carbon cartridge.
Advantages of the cartridge:
- Contains high-quality media (carbon from coconut shell)
- Removes up to 99% of free chlorine from water
- Removes organic contaminants
