The housing is installed on the pipe supplying cold water to the house or apartment. The housing can be mounted individually or connected in series. Due to its high efficiency, it is used in industry. The FH20B1-B-WB installed before devices: water softener, iron remover, or boiler, will perfectly protect them from the accumulation of various types of contaminants, while increasing their lifespan.

The mechanical accordion cartridge removes mechanical contaminants such as: sand, rust, and suspensions. The cartridge can be used up to 3 times after being washed (flushed) with running water. The FCCEL series is designed for cold water filtration.

The BIG BLUE FH20B1-B-WB pipe housing consists of two parts of the cover and a head with a 1" brass thread. It is equipped with a vent valve that allows for the release of air accumulated in the filter after replacing the cartridge and a pressure gauge that monitors the contamination status of the cartridges.

Thanks to the use of the same slot for the vent and pressure gauge, it is possible to expand the housing with a second pressure gauge to measure the pressure at the inlet and outlet of water from the housing (the second pressure gauge is not included in the set and must be purchased separately). Additionally, the brass insert mounted in the slot allows for easy screwing and unscrewing of the vent and pressure gauge without the risk of damaging the thread of the slot.
