Set of original Aquafilter cartridges for a 4-stage filter. The set consists of PZH certified filters:

• polypropylene filter FCPS20 10"
• softening filter FCCST 10"
• carbon filter FCCBL-S
• iron removal filter FCCFE

1. FCPS20 - a polypropylene fiber cartridge with a precision of 20 microns. An excellent filter for removing mechanical (sedimentary) impurities from water. Very high filtration accuracy indicates typical applications for this product - removing fine fractions of solid impurities (silt, sludge, etc.) larger than 20 microns, which are present in water from private wells and in tap water, often entering during transmission.

An original Aquafilter product, typically used in under-sink and inline filters, serves as protection for expensive carbon, softening, iron removal cartridges, as well as the water installation and expensive fittings, etc. The cartridge is made of high-quality polypropylene foam (fiber), shaped to ensure water filtration through the entire structure of the cartridge.

2. FCCST - a water softening cartridge with ion exchange resin granules. Reduces calcium and magnesium ions from water, replacing them with harmless sodium ions. Recommended for protecting household appliances, heating systems, and plumbing installations from the accumulation of calcium and magnesium deposits (scale).

Advantages of the cartridge:

3. FCCBL-S - a granular carbon cartridge made from coconut shell carbon. Granular carbon cartridges remove chlorine and its derivatives from water, additionally improving its taste and smell. Granular cartridges do not cause a drop in pressure in the system, making them ideal for installation at the water entry point to the house.

4. FCCFE - A cartridge with an active bed for iron removal from water. Effectively captures dissolved iron compounds in water. Used to protect household appliances (washing machines, dishwashers) and heating devices.

The iron removal cartridge contains a special fine-grained granulate with a high capacity for capturing iron ions. The cartridge is designed to effectively improve the taste and smell of water by removing its specific metallic aftertaste. The cartridge has its own end filter, preventing granule particles from escaping outside the filter.

The composition of the media inside the cartridge casing adjusts the water's pH to enhance the iron removal process. The cartridge fits into standard 10-inch housings and can be used in inline, under-sink, and standing filters. The water flow is suitable for a single point of extraction (e.g., before the kitchen faucet).
