It allows for the splitting of the water line, e.g., in under-sink systems and reverse osmosis. The hose is installed by pushing it in fully, without twisting; Teflon tape is only required on the threaded part.
Description
Three-way connector with two quick couplings for 1/4" (6.4 mm) tubing for connecting hoses and with an external thread of 1/4".
Used in under-sink water treatment systems, including reverse osmosis systems (example applications: separation of mineralized and non-mineralized water, separation of water to the tank in reverse osmosis, and others).
The hose attachment involves pushing them firmly into the connector, without the need for additional screwing or sealing with Teflon tape. Additional sealing with Teflon tape is only required on the threaded part. The A4MBT4-W three-way connector is made of high-quality plastic.
