It contains fine-grained ion exchange resin and is used for treating cold drinking and utility water. It helps reduce scale buildup on heaters and fixtures, decreases equipment failure rates, and allows for the use of fewer detergents.
Description
The WZM series cartridges effectively purify and soften drinking and utility water. The filter contains fine-grained ion exchange resin. The WZM20B cartridge is designed for 20" BIG BLUE type housings and HHBB-20B treatment stations.
Advantages of using the cartridge:
- protection of heating elements in household appliances from scale buildup,
- reduced failure rate of devices,
- lower detergent usage,
- effective protection of clothes and fabrics from damaging chlorine.
- They are resistant to chemicals and treat cold drinking or general utility water.
Additional information:
- Do not use them for water of unknown origin or microbiologically contaminated water.
- To extend its lifespan, a housing with a foam cartridge from the WP series or a string cartridge from the WS series should be installed before the WZM cartridge.
