How the individual cartridges work

FCPS20 – mechanical sediment filtration

The FCPS20 mechanical cartridge is responsible for capturing fine solid contaminants. It effectively retains sand, silt, and rust, supporting the protection of subsequent filtration stages, the home plumbing system, and household appliances.

The high filtration precision of 20 microns makes this cartridge well suited as the first stage in a water treatment system.

FCCFE – iron reduction and water parameter correction

The FCCFE iron removal cartridge removes dissolved iron compounds and simultaneously corrects pH. The ion-exchange granules used in it support the process of improving water quality, which also results in better taste and odor.
