Description
Metal ball valve typically used for connecting the water supply to the filter.
It is usually used with a water connection of the selected diameter, creating a tee that allows integration into most water systems. The valve fits all water connections, regardless of the manufacturer, that use a 1/4 inch mounting hole.
The valve has an external thread with a diameter of 1/4 inch (approximately 11 mm). On the hose side, there is a "mushroom" that the hose presses against, and the whole assembly should be secured with the nut included in the set. The connection of the hose to the valve does not require additional sealing, while the connection of the valve to the water supply should be sealed, for example, with Teflon tape.
