The UV30W lamp is a bactericidal product that eliminates bacteria and viruses from water with an accuracy of up to 99.999%. When selecting this type of lamp, it is important to consider the maximum water flow, which affects the effectiveness of sterilization. The amount of bacteria indicated in the water test results by the Water Supply or Sanitary Inspection should also be taken into account. UV lamps use radiation with a wavelength of 254 nm, which effectively destroys the DNA and RNA of microorganisms.
