System design and operation

RO DIGITAL 600G was designed as a modern under-sink system combining an elegant housing, integrated manifold, intelligent digital panel, four-stage filtration process, built-in pump and automatic membrane flushing.

Elegant housing and integrated manifold

The unit housing is made from durable, moisture-resistant materials. The integrated connection manifold eliminates the need for numerous fittings and tubes, reducing the risk of leaks to a minimum.

Installation is straightforward, and maintenance requires no specialist tools.

Intelligent digital panel

A digital control panel on the front of the system provides information about treated water quality and indicates when filter cartridges need to be replaced.

Thanks to the built-in TDS sensor, users can continuously monitor the amount of dissolved substances in the water, such as salts, heavy metals, minerals and other chemical compounds, ensuring that the water flowing from the tap is crystal clear.

Four-stage filtration process

Although the system uses only two cartridges, it performs a four-stage purification process internally, removing both mechanical particles and chemical micro-contaminants.

• Stage I: the PP polypropylene filter captures sand, silt, rust and other fine solid particles.
• Stage II: the carbon filter removes chlorine, pesticides and detergents while improving the taste and odour of the water.
• Stage III: the 600 GPD osmotic membrane removes up to 99% of dissolved chemical compounds, heavy metals and bacteria.
• Stage IV: the coconut-shell carbon filter “polishes” the taste, making it completely natural.
