RESIN FOR NITRATE REMOVAL
PUROLITE A520E
Anionic, macroporous, strongly basic resin predominantly equipped with chloride groups, hard, spherical beads, specially designed for nitrate removal from water.
Nitrate removal resin from Purolite with the manufacturer's symbol A 520E. Packaged in 1 liter. It has a PZH certificate as a resin for water treatment intended for drinking purposes.
Purolite A 520E is a high-capacity resin in the form of beads, used in home and industrial de-nitrification systems that have the same structure as typical home water softeners. Due to the additional purification process used in production, the resin can be used in installations for treating drinking water or food contact. When the resin's capacity is exhausted and nitrates leak through, the bed is regenerated with a solution of common salt, just like with Purolite C-100E cation resin. The achieved capacity largely depends on the amount of salt used for regeneration.
