Operating principle:

Contaminated water flows through the cartridge towards its core. The sediments contained in it are retained by micropores, whose diameter decreases towards the inside. Large particles are captured at the surface, while smaller ones are trapped in deeper layers.

This increases the effective surface area, filtration efficiency, and cartridge lifespan.

The bactericidal substance contained in the cartridges acts on the cell wall - the main element distinguishing bacterial cells from human cells. It causes morphological changes leading to the disruption of its structural integrity (lysis) and ultimately eliminates bacteria or prevents their reproduction. Its selective action makes it completely safe for humans.
