PPHOT20M20BB is a string cartridge for hot water BB 20, designed for mechanical filtration of solid contaminants in water systems. This filter cartridge made of polypropylene fits BIG BLUE 20" housings and effectively supports the water filtration system as well as everyday water treatment by retaining rust, sand, and silt. The gradient fiber structure improves contaminant separation efficiency, and heat resistance up to 80°C allows it to be used in hot water systems as well.

The PPHOT20M20BB model is made of polypropylene string and designed to operate as a mechanical cartridge in BIG BLUE 20" housings. This solution is intended to capture solid contaminants present in utility water, especially where preliminary protection of installations, fittings, valves, taps, and subsequent filtration stages is required.

How the cartridge's gradient structure works
The cartridges are made of polypropylene string. The use of a special winding method of the yarn onto the core, i.e. the cartridge’s central support, made it possible to obtain a gradient structure.
