It works well as part of household installations, standard 10" inline housings, as well as systems such as a water filter, osmosis filter, reverse osmosis filter, and other water treatment solutions. Thanks to its string-wound, gradient structure made of pure polypropylene, it effectively traps mechanical impurities such as sand, silt, and rust, helping protect fittings, heating devices, and household appliances.

The waterRO sediment cartridge has been designed for precise mechanical filtration. Its purpose is to capture solid particles present in the water before it reaches subsequent treatment stages or devices operating within the installation.

It is a practical solution wherever the installation and further filtration stages need protection against mechanical contaminants. The cartridge can operate in both cold and hot water, within a temperature range from 1°C to 52°C.

Gradient structure made of pure polypropylene

The cartridge is made of pure polypropylene fiber wound around a filter core. This design creates a material density gradient in the filter media – the outer layer traps larger impurities, while the deeper layers capture finer particles.
