The osmosis membrane retains 96%-99% of organic and inorganic contaminants dissolved in water, heavy metals, and some bacteria and viruses no smaller than 0.001 microns. Contaminants are separated and rejected into the sewage system. Perfectly purified water passes through the openings to the central shaft and, under pressure, flows out of the membrane. Membranes should not be used for microbiologically contaminated water or water of unknown origin.

FR-FLUSH

MEMBRANE FLUSHING KIT FOR REVERSE OSMOSIS SYSTEMS

RO membrane flushing kit. Includes BY-PASS. Mounted to the flow restrictor.

Allows flushing of deposits from the RO membrane, extending its lifespan by several years.

INSTALLATION METHOD

1. Disconnect the water supply to the system

2. Detach the FLOW RESTRICTOR from the membrane housing

3. Cut the red hose from the FR-FLUSH kit to the appropriate length.

4. Install the existing restrictor on the red hose.

When connecting the kit, pay attention to the direction of flow.

(small arrow on the ball valve and arrow on the restrictor.)

The membrane should be flushed 1 to 2 times a month during system operation, open the BYPASS valve so that water can flow freely into the sewage system. Close the valve after about 2 minutes. This action allows for flushing the RO membrane under high pressure.
