Botless water dispenser for comfortable work and everyday use

The black version of the Midea JS1844S combines a modern look with solutions that genuinely improve the comfort of using drinking water. The biggest advantage of bottleless units is the permanent connection to the water supply system, which eliminates the need to store and replace bottles while also helping keep the user area tidy.

This model was created for spaces where convenience, aesthetics, and safety matter. Thanks to its modern design, the dispenser is well suited for offices, public offices, waiting rooms, service points, and facilities where users frequently access water throughout the day.

A single spout dispenses three types of water, which simplifies operation and makes it easy to select the right temperature for drinking, making tea, or other everyday uses.

Three water types and office-ready performance

The dispenser provides:

• room-temperature water,
• cold water at approximately 8°C,
• hot water at approximately 90°C.

This operating range allows the unit to serve as a central drinking water point in an office or shared space. Users have access to water for direct drinking, refreshing cold water, and hot water for preparing beverages.

The performance of the Midea JS1844S is:

• 12 l/h for cold water,
• 4 l/h for hot water,
• 25 l/h for water without temperature change.

For hot water usage data, a capacity of 20 cups per hour is also specified.

Intuitive control panel and hygienic touchless operation

At the top of the unit there is a convenient control panel equipped with four illuminated buttons, two indicator LEDs, and a proximity sensor. This solution makes operation easier and improves hygiene, especially in places where many people use the dispenser.

The touchless sensor allows dispensing to start when a hand is brought near the sensor and stop when the hand is moved away. In this way, cold water is dispensed. Its flow can also be started with a dedicated illuminated button.

The remaining three buttons are used for:

• dispensing room-temperature water,
• unlocking hot water,
• dispensing hot water.

The combined spout and logical control layout improve everyday convenience and help quickly select the appropriate operating mode.

C-LED UV lamp and the option to use an additional water filter

The Midea JS1844S is connected to the municipal water supply, so the quality of the incoming water and solutions supporting its safety are very important. The unit is equipped with a C-LED UV lamp designed to reduce microorganisms, bacteria, and viruses present in the water. Operation of the lamp is indicated by a separate signal LED.

This solution increases hygiene and helps maintain a high quality of water intended for daily consumption.

The dispenser design also allows installation of an additional water filter that improves the taste and smell of the dispensed water. In practice, this means the unit can be expanded with an additional filter cartridge tailored to installation conditions and user expectations. The recommended solution for this type of application is AQS Watersafe 2.5, designed for dispensers and fountains. Such a water filter thoroughly cleans the water from potential contaminants and is a good complement to the entire system.

The control panel also includes an indicator informing you when the filter needs to be replaced, which makes daily operation and service planning easier.

Anti-flood protection and a convenient drip tray

The unit is equipped with two anti-flood sensors: electronic and mechanical. This is an important protection feature in locations where the dispenser operates continuously and is directly connected to the water network.

Particularly noteworthy is the mechanical leak sensor, which also works in the event of a power outage. If the system detects a leak or water escape, the water supply is automatically shut off, helping reduce the risk of flooding the surrounding area.

The model also includes a pressure reducer and a pull-out drip tray. The tray is easy to remove and empty, and it is additionally equipped with a mechanical overflow indicator in the form of a float. This solution helps keep the area around the unit clean and reduces splashing.

Compact dimensions and design for modern interiors

The Midea JS1844S has a compact housing, so it can be placed in various spaces without taking up excessive room. This is an important advantage in office kitchens, reception areas, social zones, and coffee corners.

The unit measures 104 cm in height, 30.5 cm in width, and 34 cm in depth. The dispensing height is 22 cm, making it easy to place a cup or glass underneath.

The minimalist design, clean lines, and lack of unnecessary details make the dispenser look good in modern interiors. The series is available in three color versions: white, black, and silver, which makes it easier to match the unit to the character of the interior.

Application and everyday operation

This is a freestanding dispenser intended primarily for the office sector, but its functionality also works well in public places such as public offices, waiting rooms, or hospitals. The bottleless design supports convenient operation, and the lack of heavy bottles to replace makes work organization and everyday use easier.

The unit requires connection to the water supply network. Inside, there is also space for a CO2 cylinder, however the model does not dispense sparkling water.
