Description
Linear mechanical filter (sedimentation) used for pre-filtration of water in built-in reverse osmosis filters and aquarium water treatment systems.
Linear mechanical filters, depending on the application, can serve as pre-filters (e.g., in built-in systems like nLine, Water Life, and For Life) and as final filters, protecting the water installation from particles of media that may escape from treatment cartridges (e.g., carbon) and specialized ones (e.g., softening).
In cases where the filter is installed before the membrane (built-in systems), it is recommended to replace it after 3 months, but no less frequently than every six months. If the filter is installed at the final stage of water treatment, the cartridge can be replaced no less frequently than once a year.
