How the 4-stage water filtration system works

The DAFI water filter purifies water in multiple stages. Individual filter cartridges are responsible for removing mechanical contaminants, softening, and improving the organoleptic properties of the water. This setup makes the set well suited as a home system for protecting installations and devices that come into contact with water.

Mechanical filtration

The set provides effective mechanical filtration. It removes sand, contaminants washed out from the surfaces of plumbing installations, and corrosion spots. As a result, water pre-cleaned of solid particles reaches the further stages of treatment, particles that could otherwise worsen its quality or burden subsequent cartridges.

Water softening

The set includes a filter with ion-exchange resin that softens the water. Operation and cartridge replacement
